The New South Wales Government funds preschool education through the Start Strong program, which provides financial support to community preschools, mobile preschools, and long day care services.<\/p>\n

In NSW, preschool is available for both 3-year-old and 4-year-old children, giving families access to two years of play-based learning. Under the Start Strong program, children aged 3 to 5 can receive up to 600 hours of preschool each year. Fee relief is available for eligible families, helping reduce the cost of accessing early childhood education.<\/p>\n

Great Beginnings offers a dedicated 3-year-old preschool program delivered or developed by Bachelor-qualified early childhood teachers. The program gives children two years of structured preschool learning before formal schooling begins. It provides a warm, predictable routine, creative experiences and support for each child\u2019s individual growth. Families also benefit from long day care hours and regular updates on their child\u2019s progress.<\/p>\n
