Centre Manager - Great Beginnings Halls Head

My career in early childhood education started in 2001. I started as the Centre Manager at Great Beginnings Halls Head in 2021. I have completed my Advanced Diploma of Children Services.

The thing I love most about childcare is watching children grow, develop, and learn new skills. Children are so honest and are open to new challenges if they are allowed to try things, so I love being able to support their curiosity.

I am passionate about showing up and being there to support the children in their development, learning, and creating relationships with others. The benefits of children attending childcare is it builds confidence in new relationships and helps develop problem solving skills.

We have a highly experienced and passionate team of educators who like to provide a home away from home for both the children and families in our service. They all go above and beyond to support families and their journey through early childhood.

I support our families by being readily available to talk to and provide quick responses to any questions that they may have.
