How to enrol
We understand enrolling your child into care is an important decision. Our Family Support Team are here to guide you through each step and make the enrolment process as smooth and simple as possible.
Step 1: Find a centre and book a tour
Visit your local centre, meet the team, and explore the learning environment.
Step 2: Receive and accept your offer
If a place is available and the centre is the right fit for your family, you’ll receive an enrolment offer for your child. Our Family Support Team will guide you through the next steps and answer any questions you may have.
If a place is not currently available, we can add your child to the waitlist and keep you updated as vacancies become available.

Step 3: Complete your enrolment paperwork
To finalise your child’s enrolment, you’ll be asked to complete your enrolment form via a secure online link sent by our Family Support Team.
If eligible, your Child Care Subsidy (CCS) details will also be required to help ensure your subsidy can be applied correctly from your child’s start date. Learn more about Child Care Subsidy and how to apply here.
Before you begin your enrolment form, please have the following documents and information ready:
- A scanned copy of your child’s birth certificate. View an example of the correct document format here.
- Your Centrelink Customer Reference Number (CRN) and your child’s CRN. If you do not yet have a CRN or are unsure where to find it, visit the Centrelink website for more information.
- Your child’s Medicare number/reference number
- Your child’s immunisation history statement downloaded from Medicare/MyGov. View an example of the correct document format here.
Important: To avoid delays in processing your enrolment, please ensure all sections of the form are completed in full and uploaded documents are clear and legible. If you do not yet have all the required information available, you can save your progress and return later.
Please note: The Primary Guardian listed on your enrolment form must match the parent or guardian linked to your Child Care Subsidy (CCS) claim to ensure the appropriate subsidy can be applied.
If you have any questions throughout the enrolment process, our Family Support Team are here to help, please call us on 1800 517 086.

Step 4: Attend a Stay and Play session
Before your child’s first day, you may be invited to attend a Stay and Play session. These sessions give your child the opportunity to explore their new environment, meet their educators, and begin building familiarity and confidence before starting care.
It’s also a chance for your family to spend more time in the centre environment, ask questions, and feel confident in your decision before your child’s first day.
Our team will also take the time to learn more about your child’s routines, interests, and individual needs so we can help them feel comfortable and supported from day one.
Step 5: Start your early learning journey
Once everything is finalised, your child is ready to begin their early learning journey with us. Our team will continue to support your family as your child settles into the centre environment.
