Great Beginnings Brookfield
Spacious areas designed for little explorers
From the moment you step into our Brookfield child care centre, you’ll be immersed in a world where children are encouraged to learn and explore. Children love to explore and play in our spacious outdoor areas which features a large yard and play equipment where children can engage all the senses.
Children are provided time and space for uninterrupted play as they explore the outdoors to test their limits and develop strength, balance, and self-confidence. Being outside supports children’s overall health and wellbeing. Our indoor spaces invite exploration with quality resources and learning experiences. Children wonder, create, and test out their ideas as they play with a range of materials in purposeful play spaces.
Dedicated team of educators
Our long standing team of educators strive to create a calm, comfortable environment where each child feels safe. The highly trained team of educators are hand-picked to support the children and their learning. The centre is well resourced and each area is specifically designed with young learners in mind. You will receive daily updates and photos detailing children’s learning and development on our parent App - Xplor.
Healthy meals prepared in-house
You will never need to worry about packing lunches or snacks. We provide nutritious meals created daily by our in-house cook, catering for all dietary requirements. Shared mealtimes between children and educators strengthen relationships, with opportunities to share stories and experiences, and model healthy eating practices.
Community-focused extracurricular activities
Your child will have access to engaging specialised programs, including a sport, yoga and movement program which is included in the fees. We also provide optional swimming lessons for 3 - 5 year-old children which is an additional fee. These fun and engaging programs enhance the daily program.
We welcome special guests and community members to the centre based on the children's interests. These include visits around responsible pet ownership, visits from local police, ambulance and firefighters. Maternal health visits occur throughout the year for three to five-year-old children. Yearly photos are organised for the children to share lasting memories here at Great Beginnings Brookfield. These neighbourhood connections support a sense of community and belonging for children and provide opportunities to develop social and observational skills with different people, places, and environments.
