Great Beginnings Oran Park

See where great beginnings start at Great Beginnings Oran Park. Our purpose-built long daycare and early learning centre provides child care for families living or commuting through Oran Park, Cobbitty, Gledswood Hills and Harrington Park.

Great Beginnings Oran Park offers on-site parking, is conveniently open from 6am to 6pm and offers child care for children aged from 6 weeks to 6 years old.

Spacious play areas designed for curious minds

Our purpose-built child care centre is well resourced and each area is specifically designed with young learners in mind. Each day is filled with fun as children explore and play in our natural, large playground which features a vegetable garden, petting zoo, water play area and other exciting play equipment. Children are provided time and space for uninterrupted play as they explore the outdoors to test their limits and develop strength, balance, and self-confidence. Being outside supports children’s overall health and wellbeing.

Our indoor spaces invite exploration with quality resources and learning experiences. Children wonder, create, and test out their ideas as they play with a range of materials in purposeful play spaces. Our experienced educators plan play-based learning experiences around children’s interests and learning. You will receive daily updates and photos detailing children’s learning and development on our parent App - Xplor.

Healthy meals freshly prepared in-house

You don’t need to worry about preparing lunch for your little one. Healthy meals and snacks are created daily by our in-house cook, catering for all dietary requirements including halal meals. Shared mealtimes between children and educators strengthen relationships, with opportunities to share stories and experiences, and model healthy eating practices.

Dedicated educators and engaging programs

Each day is a new adventure at our Oran Park child care centre. Your child will have access to a schedule of extensive engaging specialised programs including soccer, tennis, African drumming and dance. Educators at Great Beginnings Oran Park ensure that children feel supported and challenged to learn new things and participate in new experiences. The educators seek to make sure that the environment is inviting, natural, stimulating and engaging, and that it reflects the children’s personalities and interests.

Educators and children venture out on excursions to our local community regularly visiting the nearby primary school. We also invite special guests and community members to our centre including Healthy Harold who covers important topics relating to children.

Educators want to give children the best possible start on their early learning journey, which is why they focus on the children's social development, confidence and independence at a young age. As members of our Great Beginnings community, we look forward to partnering with you and your family to provide information, support, and high-quality education and care in your child’s formative years.

Our Family Support Team are happy to chat through your child care needs. Call them today on 1800 517 086 to book a tour at our centre, meet our team of educators, and learn more about why these first five years are so important for your child’s development.
