Centre Manager - Great Beginnings Orange
“I have a passion and drive to motivate educators to teach our children the importance of play and an understanding of their natural environment.”
I have been part of the Early Childhood sector since 1995. I have been a room assistant where I gained my Certificate 3 in Child Studies and was then offered a room leader position. It was at this time I realized that the Early Childhood sector was in fact my calling, pursuing my Diploma of Children’s Services.
I have a passion and drive to motivate educators to teach our children the importance of play and an understanding of their natural environment.
I believe the first years of children’s lives are the most crucial and this is the reason why I chose Early Childhood education and care as my profession, to be a part of their growth, learning and development.
My goal as manager at Great Beginnings Orange is to ensure that all of our children, families, staff and wider community feel safe and secure within our service environment but most of all feel welcome and a part of our family.
