Centre Manager - Great Beginnings Pakenham
“I am passionate about educating children and allowing each child to reach their own individual learning at their own pace.”
My career in Early Childhood Education and Care began in 2004 and I hold a Diploma in Children’s Services as well as business management and have been a centre manager for many years now.
I am passionate about educating children and allowing each child to reach their own individual learning at their own pace. Play-based learning as well as intentional teaching is paramount to ensuring that each child can reach beyond their current skills.
Being part of our Great Beginnings family ensures that each child feels a sense of happiness and security whilst they are at our centre, ensuring both home life and child care life comes together as one to ensure our children can thrive in all surroundings.
Safety for my team and your children is a priority for me and I believe communication is a key factor in ensuring this. With this, we like to ensure you are kept up to date with is happening around our service and are open to hearing feedback. I ensure my team are up to date with current practices and ensure they are always respectful, engaging, passionate and full of integrity.
We value safety and will always ensure we are following practices that align with quality care and support our environment, families, children, educators, and community. We enjoy spoiling our families and hold special breakfast mornings with various breaky meals to take on the go every six weeks, along with freshly made coffee, tea, and milo’s for not only our parents but also for siblings too. What better way to start your day with bellies full and coffee in our systems?
If you would like to drop in, please feel free to do so at any time that is convenient for you and I or one of my qualified team members would be more than happy to take you on a tour of our centre and chat with you further.
